Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Seal coating Supervisor to lead our asphalt maintenance crew. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations on seal coating and asphalt maintenance projects, ensure quality workmanship, manage crew members, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with seal coating equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of seal coating crew members
• Plan and execute seal coating, crack filling, and asphalt maintenance projects
• Operate and oversee the use of seal coating equipment, spray systems, and tools
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and safety practices
• Inspect job sites before, during, and after project completion
• Communicate with management regarding project progress, materials, and scheduling
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleanup and maintenance after jobs
• Enforce company safety policies and job site standards

• 3+ years of asphalt seal coating or pavement maintenance experience
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of seal coating equipment, crack sealing, striping, and asphalt repair
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors for extended periods
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
