Season 07/13/26 - 06/30/27 Extra Duty Stipend $1,000

Summary:

Exact job duties and time commitment will be determined in a meeting with the Marching Band Director(s). Instilling excellence in execution of fundamental playing of each instrument. Teaching the warm-up routine for each instrument. Teaching the music for the show, and drum feature (if applicable).

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of rehearsals before and after band camp with band director permission.
• Teaching/supervising during the full band rehearsals Monday and Wednesday evenings throughout the end of August until the last home varsity football game in October.
• Warm-up one half hour before full band rehearsals. Times vary.
• Supervision of drumline at all football games, performances and parades where the drumline is featured.
• A calendar will be provided upon request and also shared once the applicant is hired.

Qualifications:

• Prior drumline experience, including collegiate and beyond, is preferred.
• Leadership role preferred.
• Examples of quality performance may be requested.
