Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Concierge and Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our service lane-greeting arriving guests, directing traffic, and safely moving customer vehicles to be serviced. Additionally, you will play a vital role behind the scenes by managing our tire inventory and supporting our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused individual looking for an entry-level gateway with clear opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Impression:
    Greet arriving service customers with a warm, friendly welcome to set a premium tone.
  • Customer Guidance:
    Direct guests to the appropriate lounge areas or staff members and answer general inquiries.
  • Advisor Assistance:
    Support Service Advisors by managing lane traffic, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer check-ins.
  • Guest Shuttle:
    Drive the dealership shuttle to safely transport customers to and from their destinations when needed.
  • Valet Services:
    Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles moving into and out of the service drive.
  • Vehicle Delivery:
    Pick up customer vehicles from their homes or offices and deliver them back safely after service is completed.
  • Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate counts of tire stock, organize the tire storage area, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Provide customers and advisors with accurate information regarding tire options, pricing, and active promotions.
  • Record Keeping:
    Track tire inventory movements and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
  • Goal Alignment:
    Collaborate with the service and parts teams to meet department service goals.
  • Professional Growth:
    Participate in ongoing training and dealership development programs to advance your career.
  • Facility Readiness:
    Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the service drive and guest reception areas during lower-traffic periods.
  • Seasonal Safety:
    Assist with seasonal weather readiness, including clearing walkways of snow and ice to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Valid Driver’s License:
    Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Schedule Flexibility:
    Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak service seasons.
  • Physical Ability:
    Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the service lane, and safely lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs).

Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Customer-Facing

    Experience:

    Previous experience in hospitality, valet, retail sales, or customer service.
  • Automotive Familiarity:
    Basic knowledge of automotive services or tire inventory/sales is preferred but not required.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency with basic computer systems and software for tracking inventory and customer notes.
