SUMMARY
The FIRST Robotics Coach provides leadership, guidance, and support to a team of high school students as they design, build, and program a robot for competition. The coach fosters teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking while helping students apply STEM concepts in real-world situations. Responsibilities include organizing practices, coordinating with mentors and volunteers, managing competition logistics, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment.

The coach serves as a role model, encouraging students to persevere through challenges, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate the values of Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition
