Key Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Valid and active OT state licensure
• Prior experience within a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' needs and create individualized treatment goals to support success in school activities
• Work directly with students individually and in groups to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom performance
• Participate in developing and reviewing IEPs, maintaining accurate records and progress reports
• Consult with classroom teachers and staff to adapt tasks and modify learning environments for student accessibility
• Educate families and school teams on effective home and classroom strategies
• Adhere to professional ethics and standards while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all school and regulatory procedures
