The Adrian R-III School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Paraprofessional for the  school year to support learners PK-12 based on candidate strengths and district needs. Adrian R-III offers a highly desirable 4-day school week, a collaborative work environment with strong administrative and team support, and great students who make each day meaningful. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, team-oriented mindset, flexibility in supporting diverse learners, and a commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging educational experiences alongside certified staff.

Responsibilities include helping implement individualized education plans. Candidates must meet Missouri paraprofessional requirements, including completion of at least 60 college credit hours from an accredited institution, a passing score on the Missouri-approved Paraprofessional Assessment, or other DESE-approved qualifications.
