You will become the subject-matter expert on payroll and taxes as well as the go-to person for your clients to ask questions about our technology. Your primary responsibility will be payroll taxes, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end filings. The ideal candidate may also take over our bank reconciliation for invoicing. The remainder of your day and time will be converting clients from other platforms onto our system due to recent client acquisitions.

• Ensuring daily tax files are created and paid
• Ensuring quarterly/annual returns are filed and paid
• Daily tax account bank reconciliation
• Daily tax sign off
• Daily tax draft and payment
• Configuration questions specific to tax settings
• Investigating tax issues and notices
• Researching/resolving SSA notices
• Overseeing and troubleshooting quarterly reconciliations
• Managing the completion of tax amendments each quarter
• Staying apprised of changes to payroll & tax laws
• Termination of clients in regards to tax money
• Tax registrations for clients
• Rate exchanges with tax agencies
• Monitor tax email account
• Weekly registration of client tax 's

Ideal candidate would have tax processing experience. Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment as well as work independently.
