We are looking for an outgoing, motivated sales person to join our team!

PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

Implement an individual sales strategy to achieve census and occupancy management goals of the long term/rehab facility while also maintaining compliance in accordance with local, state and federal standards and regulations, established facility policies and procedures.

• Maintain and monitor daily census and bed availability.
• Establish relationships with hospital discharge planners, physician groups, case managers, insurers, and pay sources.
• Work closely with other internal departments.
• Conduct facility tours with prospective residents and families.
• Communicate care levels, services, billing and insurance, and policies and procedures to residents and families.
• Maintain relationships with key referral sources and represent the facility in the community through networking and events.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Valid driver's license - local travel required
• Must have, as a minimum, three(3) years of experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home, or other health related care facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing home practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term care.
