• Assess and treat K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and staff development

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Michigan SLP license is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-age populations a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
