Overview
Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of heat transfer components serving the appliance, HVAC, automotive, and refrigeration industries, is looking for a Program Manager to join their growing team in Adrian, MI.
ResponsibilitiesThe Program Manager is responsible for leading customer program execution while supporting the transition from prototype development to structured, repeatable production.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams
- Translate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedules
- Coordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availability
- Proactively addressing supply risks
- Drive adherence to production processes, documentation, and change management practices
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or a related role
- Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production
