Process Operators

Overview

Anderson Development Company is seeking night shift Process Operators for our Adrian, Michigan, facility.

We have been working for over 50 years to make materials that enable better living and more efficient manufacturing. Our polymers keep your car shiny in a planet-friendly way, our elastomers are used to build more durable equipment and our semiconductor materials enable faster computer chips. These technologies enable our customers to manufacture products which are more friendly for the planet, tougher and longer lasting, or allow their production in a manner that is safer and more environmentally friendly.

• Operate production processes on the night shift.
• Read and interpret operating procedures and perform varied mathematical calculations.
• Be a self-motivated team player with excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Lift up to 55 lbs. and wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator when required.
• Work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Able to learn the production processes, read and interpret operating procedures, and perform varied mathematical calculations.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. and wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.
