Manufacturing Program Lead: From Prototype to Production

Responsibilities

The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer program execution while supporting the transition from prototype development to structured, repeatable production.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams
• Translate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedules
• Coordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availability
• Proactively addressing supply risks
• Drive adherence to production processes, documentation, and change management practices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or a related role
• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production
