Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer program execution while supporting the transition from prototype development to structured, repeatable production.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams
- Translate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedules
- Coordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availability
- Proactively addressing supply risks
- Drive adherence to production processes, documentation, and change management practices
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or a related role
- Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production
