Utility Technician needed in Adrian, MI on 2nd shift. Pay starts at $16/hr duties include facility cleaning, equipment maintenance, spill cleanup, and supporting production and lab operations.

Utility Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Maintain facility cleanliness, including production, lab, office, and common areas.
• Clean spills, leaks, and other safety hazards promptly.
• Clean and maintain filters, equipment, and lab glassware.
• Empty trash, vacuum, and restock cleaning supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues and leaks as needed.
• Organize maintenance shop, tools, and storage areas.
• Assist with groundskeeping and exterior cleanup.
• Cross-trained on basic production and lab tasks for team coverage.
• Support production, maintenance, and lab operations as assigned.

Utility Technician

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED Required.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend frequently throughout the shift.
• Capable of safely handling and working with required chemicals.
• Able to perform physical tasks in a production environment while following safety procedures.
