Job Description Responsibilities
- Contact retail and commercial prospects to collect client information
- Set appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations and policy reviews
- Source and set appointments for potential new agent candidates and other staff members
- Create and maintain a digital marketing presence through website and social media
- Coordinate marketing and recruiting events
- Implement and maintain a social media marketing campaign
- Provide support for office administration
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Flexible work hours, full or part time
- Opportunity for advancement
- Experience in social media marketing is desired
