As our census continues to increase, we're expanding our nursing team and looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/CENA) to help us continue providing exceptional care.

Pay up to $23.15 based on experience PLUS additional incentives!

• $6,000 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus

• $3,000 Part-Time Sign-On Bonus

$2.00/hour Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift with perfect attendance)

Included $3.40/hour Premium Pay

As a CNA, you'll be an essential part of our healthcare team by:

• Providing compassionate, hands‑on care to residents

• Assisting with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team

• Helping create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel at home

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA/CNA) certification required.

• Successful completion of a State‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
