Alliance Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (ED/ER) for an acute-care opportunity in Adrian, MI.
This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking for competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in an acute-care hospital environment.
Minimum Requirements- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the assignment
- At least 1 year of acute-care ED/ER experience within the past 5 years
- 1 year of EPIC experience
- Recent experience must be within the candidate’s ED/ER specialty
- LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospital) experience alone will NOT qualify
- IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) experience alone will NOT qualify
- Must meet all facility and Alliance compliance requirements before assignment
We are looking for RNs who are comfortable working in a fast-paced acute-care environment, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and provide safe, patient-centered care.
