We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg to join our healthcare team in Adrian, MI
. The ideal candidate will have recent acute-care Med/Surg nursing experience and be committed to providing safe, high-quality patient care.

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute-care nursing experience within the last 5 years (LTACH and IRF experience not accepted)
• Med/Surg experience preferred.
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced acute‑care environment

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, infection‑control procedures, and patient‑safety standards.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and elevate when necessary

• Recent Med/Surg experience in an acute‑care hospital setting; experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize care for multiple patients

$45–$50 per hour
