Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers - Adrian Commons

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, contribute to sales, and develop team members.

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Help create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Train and evaluate team members, developing their skills and product knowledge.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform operational and strategic duties as required.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
