POSITION SUMMARY.

The Membership and Guest Services Manager supports membership growth, retention, and daily front desk operations at The Centre. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest and member experience while actively supporting sales efforts, relationship management, and administrative processes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that balances sales activity, member engagement, and operational support, including regularly assisting with coverage at the membership desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Conduct membership tours and presentations for prospective members.
• Generate, track, and follow up on sales leads through phone, email, and in-person engagement.
• Support membership sales efforts by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate programs and services.
• Assist with promotions, outreach efforts, and campaigns to drive membership growth.

Member Experience & Retention

• Build relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
• Conduct follow-up and lifecycle calls to support member satisfaction and usage.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in all interactions.

Front Desk & Membership Services Support

• Provide coverage at the membership desk as needed, including:
• Greeting members and guests
• Processing memberships, check-ins, and transactions
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of membership data and accounts.
• Support billing inquiries and direct issues appropriately.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and conduct follow-up efforts to facilitate the collection of past-due balances.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, member interactions, and follow-up efforts.
• Assist with database management and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support reporting needs related to sales and membership trends.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Marketing & Engagement Support

• Assist with promoting Centre programs, services, and events.
• Support social media and communication efforts as assigned.
• Help execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement and awareness.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure consistent communication and service delivery.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Mission Integration

• Model Christ-centered values in all interactions with members, guests, and team members.
• Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and service-oriented environment.
