Role OverviewPart‑time (1 day per week), Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
Adrian, Michigan.
Compensation and BenefitsFee for service (FFS) estimated compensation range of $30,496 – $36,595 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Michigan license as a PMHNP‑C or Psych PA‑C.
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain.
- New grads accepted.
- Experience with older adults or post‑acute care preferred.
