Position: School Psychologist in Adrian, OR

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:
  • Active School Psychologist license/certification (state-specific as required)
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Experience serving K-12 students, especially in a remote or virtual setting, is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, counseling, collaboration, and consultative skills
  • Ability to implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and technology proficiency to engage with students, staff, and families online
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments, interpreting data for individualized education planning
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans and support strategies
  • Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students, fostering growth in both academic and social-emotional domains
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, acting as a trusted advocate for the students' best interests
  • Deliver training and guidance to educators on effective behavior management and crisis intervention techniques
  • Document services and maintain confidential student records with attention to detail and compliance
