Overview
Role: Business Support Specialist
Location: Zurich, onsite
Contract: Initial 6 months
Workload: 80% - 100%
Salary: CHF 6,000 per month
We are supporting a leading organisation in Zurich with the appointment of a Business Support Specialist to join their team on an initial contract through to the end of the year, with potential for extension or longer-term opportunities.
This is a varied position supporting day-to-day business operations, covering accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, expense management, facilities coordination, travel bookings and general office administration.
Qualifications- 3-5 years' experience in a similar back office, office management or administration role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting finance and administrative processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Ariba would be advantageous
