AOZ sucht eine/n Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt für den Standort Affoltern am Albis. Sie führen Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch, verwalten Schlüssel, betreuen Fahrzeuge und übernehmen Sicherheitskontrollen samt Dokumentationen.
Sie koordinieren externe Handwerker, prüfen Offerten, kontieren Rechnungen und begleiten Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen. Zudem organisieren Sie Transporte, Büros/Wohnräume, Inventar und arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen.
