We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Construction Manager to join our team in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre‑construction phase, from project inception through the start of construction.

• Lead and manage the pre‑construction process, including proposals, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and value analysis
• Conduct research on building systems, materials, costs, and building codes
• Distribute bid packages, review and evaluate bids from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Perform quantity surveys and material takeoffs for assigned scope of work
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, and engineers
• Provide design assistance and cost data to clients, design professionals, and project teams
• Develop scopes of work for sub‑trades prior to and during bid solicitation
• Prepare preliminary project schedules and assist with the transition to the construction phase

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and pre‑construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• OSHA 10‑hour Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification preferred
