Our Merchandise Associate at Grant’s Farm will be responsible for interacting with guests daily by inviting them in to shop our unique souvenirs and apparel, suggesting items that are popular or may help solve a problem they are having (rain jacket/backpack to hold their items etc) as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide excellent guest service at all times.
• Greet and ask guests about their favorite animal/activity as they enter your area.
• Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety (includes refilling of essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End).
• Offer suggestions to help souvenir‑seeking guests find their perfect keepsake.
• Tell shoppers about add‑on accessories and popular items to impact sales.
• Re‑stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays with the newest merchandise.
• Handle all Point‑of‑Sale transactions at the cash register and support/respond to all Front‑End coverage needs.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying and stocking products appropriately.
• Adhere to all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management, leads and fellow team members.
• Work closely with all departments to foster an outstanding and seamless guest experience throughout Grant’s Farm.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk‑free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, inclement weather, cold, etc.
