Job Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide support in the registration, control, and analysis of the company's accounting operations, ensuring the correct documentation and compliance with current fiscal and accounting regulations.

Your main mission will be:

• Register accounting operations in the system (income, expenses, purchases, sales, etc.).
• Support in reconciling bank accounts.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements.
• Keep the accounting and document archive updated.
• Support in monthly closing processes and audits.
• Accounting reports for review by the accountant.
• Support in tax management and fiscal declarations.
• Coordinate with other areas for the collection of accounting information.
• Comply with internal procedures and accounting policies.

Requirements for the role:

• Graduated as a Certified Accountant.
• Desirable university student in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting functions.
• Registered as an Accountant with SAT.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Basic knowledge of tax legislation and general accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and office tools.

You will be part of a financial team, reporting to the Financial Manager; working closely with the Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
