This role is responsible for supporting billing and invoicing operations through accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions. The position contributes to process optimization by identifying issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. They maintain effective communication within the team to resolve billing-related queries and support the efficient functioning of assigned projects.

• Apply billing and invoicing skills using ERP or accounting software to prepare and issue accurate invoices, ensuring all customer and transaction details are correctly captured.
• Utilize accounting reconciliation tools to match payments with invoices, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolving billing issues within the project scope.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions in financial management systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit readiness.
• Generate basic data analytics and business intelligence reports using Excel or similar tools to monitor billing performance and highlight process gaps.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve routine billing queries and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and industry regulations by following documented procedures and incorporating updates as required.
• Assist in documenting business requirements for enhancements to billing workflows aimed at improving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

• Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes and familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Quick Books.
• Foundational skills in accounting and month-end activities, including transaction recording and payment reconciliation.
• Basic familiarity with data analytics tools like MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Good customer focus with the ability to address billing-related queries.
• Fundamental understanding of compliance requirements in financial operations.

• Optional but valuable:
  Certification in Billing, Invoicing, or Accounting Fundamentals (such as Tally Certification, SAP Financial Accounting Associate, or similar entry-level accounting certifications).
