We are now looking for an Administrative Manager who will ensure systematic and caring support of the office rhythm, combining service, financial responsibility, and a creative approach. This person will be a key link for setting up procurement, managing cost accounting, coordinating operational processes, and actively organizing corporate events.

The person we are waiting for is responsible and independent, ready to take on turnkey tasks and bring them to a result; who can flexibly switch between strategic and creative tasks without losing focus and quality; proactive, who notices opportunities for improvement in the office space and takes ownership for changes; with analytical thinking, comfortable working with data, tables, and calculations;

with a love for organizing events from small mini-events to large meetings, and able to effectively collaborate with contractors; organized, able to work in multitasking mode and prioritize in the flow of daily tasks; who is not afraid of complex or "unclear" tasks, but perceives them as a challenge and an opportunity to learn new things.

Areas of responsibility:
Supporting the office rhythm in an organized, systematic, and caring way so that all processes work like a clock;
Setting up procurement processes for everything needed for a comfortable office life;
Managing office expenses, working with invoices, documents, and spreadsheets, optimizing costs and maintaining financial records;
Constantly improving the office space – creating a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant working and networking environment;
Coordinating the work of craftsmen, cleaning services, furniture delivery, and all operational moments that ensure order and comfort in the office;
Being an active organizer of events, team building, and business meetings;
And most importantly, being the person to whom you can turn with any office question – and be confident that everything will be resolved promptly and efficiently.
