The Administrative Assistant II provides comprehensive administrative support to the organization, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and long-term administrative functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managing inquiries and facilitating internal communication.

The incumbent is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting departmental needs.
