We are currently looking for a Founding Product Manager for a new business.

Ninety percent of people do not achieve their goals set at the beginning of the year. It's not because they are lazy, but because they do not know themselves enough to act according to their strengths.

We are building an AI-powered mobile application that changes the approach to self-development through personalized simulations and gamification. We want to do the same with self-understanding for tier-one markets in the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada.

You will join as the first Product Manager with the perspective of growing into CPO and co-founder.

The challenges you will face:

• Working on the product roadmap
• Leading the strategy and launch of the mobile application in tier-one markets
• Conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product decisions
• Defining and tracking key product metrics—retention, activation, engagement, conversion
• Collaborating with design to create an intuitive, gamified UX
• Daily using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution
• Delving into personality psychology and psycho types to more accurately digitize the human experience

What is important to us:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, Senior level
• Proven experience in leading a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets
• Data-first approach—strong data analysis skills to build the right user flow
• Experience with analytical tools:
  Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase
• High level of AI fluency—you use AI tools to write, research, prototype, and build, not just chat
• Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles

What we desire:

• Interest or background in personality psychology, psycho types, or behavioral science
• Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment
