Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with high accuracy;
Balance cash drawers and ATMs, verify currency, and ensure cash handling accuracy;
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as needed;
Engage in lobby leadership by welcoming customers and guiding them to appropriate services;
Educate customers on self-service/digital options and refer to partners for solutions
