Position: Customer Service Representative - Call Center Experience Preferred

Braman Termite and Pest Elimination, Southern New England’s largest family‑owned and operated pest control company, has been servicing customers for more than a century. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, upbeat, and dynamic individual to work with a well‑established, family owned pest services company.

Responsibilities
  • Receives and processes a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
  • Provides accurate answers to client questions.
  • Conducts inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services.
  • Conducts routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor.
  • Facilitates effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner.
  • Interacts with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Effectively uses communication technologies as required.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport.
  • Exceptional phone presence.
  • Must have strong work ethic.
  • Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
  • Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience required.
Working Conditions / Non negotiable
  • Full time 40 hours per week.
