Compensation and Benefits:
Salary competitive for Central America and commensurate qualifications and experience (offer a Masters allowance). Free furnished apartment off campus (15 minutes max from school, transportation provided). 2 year contract with option to renew. Utility bill allowance. Guatemalan insurance with international coverage. Roundtrip airfare purchased by school. $850 travel allowance provided at the end of first year. Discounted tuition for dependents - flights/insurance for dependents not provided.

Paid holidays:
Public Holidays, Christmas, and 6 weeks over summer.

Requirements:
Native English Language speaker. Bachelors degree required, Bachelors in Education or subject being taught preferred. 2+ years relevant classroom teaching experience required. IB curriculum experience preferred. Teaching license required (e.g QTS, SACE, US State etc.). Happy, healthy and accepting of Guatemalan culture.
