EHS Compliance Specialist
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the EHS Compliance Specialist:
- Manage and support customer EHS and compliance programs across multiple industrial facilities, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct facility inspections, job-site safety observations, Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), compliance audits, GAP assessments, and risk evaluations to identify hazards, improve safety performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Maintain compliance documentation, regulatory records, contractor qualification programs, certificates of insurance, Management of Change (MOC) processes, and other required compliance reporting activities.
- Support compliance initiatives, Mechanical Integrity Audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts across customer operations.
- Partner with engineering, operations, contractors, and customers to address safety concerns, coordinate compliance requirements, and promote industry best practices through regular travel to customer sites.
Qualifications for the EHS Compliance Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in EHS compliance, process safety, industrial operations, or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and more
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
