Analyst - Billing/Invoicing Lead To Cash Guatemala

A senior associate is a mid-level professional responsible for a variety of tasks within an organization. Senior associates are seen as leaders within their teams and are expected to possess a strong level of expertise in their field.

• Responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, ensuring that all billing information is accurate and complete
• Handle the reconciliation of billing accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. This includes tracking and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the billing process
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all billing transactions. This includes updating customer accounts, processing payments, and generating reports on billing activities
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all billing-related inquiries and issues are resolved promptly
• Plays a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in billing practices and procedures, and implementing any necessary updates to ensure compliance

• Proficiency in billing and invoicing processes
• Solid understanding of ERP tools relevant to billing operations
• Familiarity with accounting principles and month-end activities
• Strong analytical skills for creating reports and analyses
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships

• B.Com/BBA or equivalent graduation (relevant to location)
• Optional certifications in billing and invoicing, or relevant ERP tools are valuable
