Job Title

Requirements:

Higher education/final year (preferably in analytics)

Desired experience of at least six months in a similar position or in analytics in any field

Mandatory analytical skills and experience in analyzing large volumes of data (arrays) of defined metrics and indicators, ability to work in a team, project experience, customer orientation, and communication skills.

English language at an intermediate level or higher (more written)

Experience in a similar position in the FMCG segment will be an advantage

Advanced level proficiency in MSOffice (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

Knowledge of the principles of working with Power BI and experience in its use will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring planned investments and sales dynamics in modern and traditional retail channels within the annual plan.

2. Analysis and verification of actually conducted activities in modern and traditional retail channels (adherence to brand focuses and types of activations and trading conditions). Verification of the timeliness of entering the finally agreed trading conditions into the system.

3. Maintenance and completion of budget files in CF format. Control, verification, and adjustment of the budget in CF format on a regular basis. Control of the accuracy of planning on a monthly basis within the BIAS established by the Company.

4. Monitoring actual payments in modern retail channels based on data from the sales development department. After verification with the SAP system - communication about the confirmation of payment to customers. Submission of RA numbers to the sales development department for payment via the SAP system.

5. Regular analysis and communication with the dynamics of budget usage and sales volume to achieve annual goals, control of savings and overspending.

6. Calculation of A&V budget for the calculation of turnover goals.

7. Monitoring the availability and timeliness of the verification process between the Company, distributor, and customers based on documents submitted by regional employees on a quarterly basis.

8. Leading the process of preparing a model and presenting the finally confirmed trading conditions for the preparation of NEGO-PACK in cooperation with regional employees, financial, and SMT managers within the IBP process.

9. Updating data in the Origami format (channel development plan) on a monthly basis.

10. Control and compilation of the budget for the channels of small organized trade, traditional trade, and wholesale based on data submitted by regional employees.

11. Communication about launches and pricing activities before the planning period in the system.

12. Administration of the tool for managing and working with promotions (PPM/Promo tool), including: providing user access rights, maintaining product and price directories, updating budgets, entering actual data on bonus promotions, financial closure of promotional activities, etc.

13. Calculation of the planned on-invoice discount for the next month for TT and WS channels.

14. Calculation of the impact of additional promotions on forecasted TTS.
