LHH is partnering with a global leader in precision engineering who is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Agawam, MA!

You’ll Do

As the HR Generalist, you’ll serve as the HR Manager’s right-hand, supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple states (CA, IL, NJ, MA). This is a hands‑on, highly visible role that includes:

  • Full-cycle recruitment & coordination with external recruiters
  • Benefits administration, invoice reconciliation, and LOA tracking
  • HRIS support, compliance, and recurring HR reporting
  • Employee relations—being the go‑to HR contact onsite
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR projects
  • Partnering with Finance, Payroll, IT, and Corporate teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years as an HR Generalist
  • Experience with benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and follow-through
  • Ability to reconcile benefits invoices and partner with accounting
  • Multi‑state experience is a big plus
