Pay: $28/hr to $33/hr (based on experience)

1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on a 40-hour week)

Our client is a growing manufacturing leader of precision machined components serving aerospace, defense, oil & gas, microwave technology, industrial and commercial sectors. The company serves a global market and operates from Agawam, Massachusetts.

• Final inspection of complex aerospace industry parts.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI): perform first piece and first article inspections.
• Conduct Hand Checks using hand tools and tables for part measurements.

• Aerospace experience with inspections, including first piece and first article inspections.
• Proficient in using hand tools and tables for part measurements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 and industry standards preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Familiarity with High QA software preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• High visual acuity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High School graduate or GED
• 3+ years of industry experience; preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
