OMG currently operates in two Divisions: OMG Roofing Products and Fasten Master®. OMG Roofing Products is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of value‑added components for the commercial roofing industry. The Fasten Master Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood‑to‑wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. The Coating Operator supports our E‑Coat process and requires an individual that is detail‑oriented, extremely thorough, organized and able to multi‑task.

• Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
• Starts the machine, observes how the machine is operating, and inspects first run and sample work pieces to ensure the machine conforms to specifications.
• Read blueprint or job order for product and job specifications such as part identification, part color, number of parts to be run, and coating instructions.
• Select, install, and adjust machine controls to the production run sheet.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections as required.
• Assist other Electrocoat staff to set up the machine, rake, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
• Maintain a neat and well‑organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
