Machine Operator - 3rd shift to train 1st shift

Join Revere Staffing Partners Corp. as a Machine Operator! We're looking for a motivated individual to work 3rd shift with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, with initial training on 1st shift at $17.00 per hour. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive team.

• Operate and monitor machinery on the production line ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Participate in training during the 1st shift to learn all necessary machine operations and safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting output and making adjustments as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Ability to work 3rd shift and attend training on 1st shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Previous machine operation experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
