Established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an immediate Direct Hire opening in Agawam, MA.
The Maintenance Technician will support preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using manuals, schematics, and technical support.
- Maintain and improve the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Perform building and facility maintenance including lighting, air compressors, ventilation, and plumbing as needed.
1st shift work schedule Monday‑Friday. The traditional schedule is 7am‑4pm, with flexibility for earlier start.

Qualifications- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
