Why Work Here?

Employees benefit from strong long-term opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment, with great benefits available for full-time team members. The workplace values reliable, hard-working individuals who show longevity in their work history and offers the chance to build a lasting career in production.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, true manufacturing facility within the ecoat department, where production lines run continuously and the environment is very loud. The position is on 2nd shift, typically from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Work is highly physical, involving heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and extended periods of holding a rake at shoulder height while working at a conveyor that is approximately 3–4 feet high.

Candidates should expect a fast-paced setting focused on production output and safety, with potential rotation between tasks such as raking, filling buckets, moving product, and clearing jams.
