Day in the lifeYou arrive ready to run. You verify the setup, load programs, and dial in tooling. You turn raw stock into finished components, holding tight tolerances with confidence. Between runs, you perform changeovers, keep your workstation orderly, and partner with leads to keep production moving. Throughout the shift you interpret prints and operation sheets, validate dimensions with micrometers and gauges, and document results so every part ships right the first time.
