Pay Range: $80,000 – $101,000/year + Annual Bonus Plan

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily shop floor operations, mentor lead technicians, and champion high-quality fabrication.

- Supervise, motivate, and direct shop floor team members to hit daily targets in safety, quality, and output.
- Eliminate bottlenecks, reduce defect rates, and promote continuous process improvement.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure all custom components strictly match customer blueprints.
- Train and mentor Floor Leads and Set-Up Technicians on machine operations and safety protocols.
- Manage daily workflow, inventory levels, and production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication environment.
- ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
- Proficiency with manufacturing/ERP, inventory, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building positive team culture.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Identifies, analyzes, and acts to correct bottlenecks, product defect rates, safety hazards, tool and equipment problems
- Councils, motivates, and instructs Lead and Set Up personnel in quality standards, machine operations, and critical documentation, and employee relations
- Provides on-the-floor training to new employees as needed and works closely with the floor leads and set up employees
- Ensures proper inventory levels are maintained to meet daily production and/or assembly needs
