CNC LATHE & Milling Machinist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe & Milling Machinist located in Agawam, MA. The machinist will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and 3, 4 & 5 axis milling machines, setting up machinery, interpreting technical drawings, machining precision components, and adhering to strict quality control standards. Key responsibilities also include maintaining machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and production schedules.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
• Skilled in Milling and operation of CNC mills and lathes
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with product specifications
• Understanding and familiarity with Machinery setup and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering precision results
• Knowledge of safety procedures and sound mechanical troubleshooting skills
