RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Leader Stable

Agawam North Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time RN Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Agawam, MA.

We are seeking a strong clinical leader who values teamwork, dependable support, and quality resident care. Join a stable nursing team with supportive leadership and a consistent schedule in a long-term care environment.

• Oversee daily nursing operations on an assigned unit
• Support and supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
• Ensure quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Assist with care coordination and clinical oversight
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Full-time
• Consistent scheduling
• Supportive management team

• $106,000-$110,000 annually based on experience
