Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking individuals interested in building a career in healthcare through a structured, hands-on learning experience in a skilled nursing setting.
Participants will combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals and supporting resident care activities.
- Paid learning hours at $17.00/hour
- Approximately 40 hours per week; schedule flexibility required
- Hands-on experience in long-term care and resident services

Participants who successfully complete the required training components and obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be considered for full-time employment with benefits
