Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN | Agawam, MA
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Positions are available at our individual Agawam facilities.
Pay$39.00 - $41.50 per hour
Pay varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Shift differentials are available, with higher rates offered for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments
- Complete resident assessments and EHR documentation
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians and the care team
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support resident care
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
