Retail Front End Team Leader

Ollie's Bargain Outlet -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead the front-end operations of the store and manage a sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.;
Assist the Store Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.;
Ensure store standards and programs meet operational expectations; maintain front-end, entrance, and exterior; assign daily tasks.;
Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct Operational Risk Assessments; ensure corrective actions are completed.;
Support hiring, coaching, training, and development of Associates; open and close the store when needed.
