Marketing Representative

Implement all marketing activities with clients ensuring the correct application of the sales approach to increase the sale of brand products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Influence sales representatives of stores through training and relationship skills to prefer the brand as the first recommendation for the store client.
• Maintain a proactive sales approach towards potential consumers.
• Collect basic information using surveys and/or predefined forms to feed a database.
• Act within the retail trade or a group of retailers according to the Retail Classification.
• Negotiate hot spots within retail trade, placement, and maintenance of POP material, including when seasonal sales representatives are assigned to improve product sales.
• Support the retail sales force in product knowledge through basic product demonstrations and answering questions about key product features.
• Establish a solid and trustworthy relationship with retailers, store staff, and distributors.
• Keep track of stock in the stores attended to provide the correct availability of our products.
• Gather basic retail market information through predefined surveys and other forms.
• Report on competitor activities and brand sales development through a predefined report.
• Identify consumer needs and other opportunities for the brand.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or technical or professional study certificates;
• 1 to 2 years of sales experience in a retail environment;
• Negotiation skills, independent work, interpersonal communication, and operational analysis.
